I am a narrative psychologist with a deep understanding of the processes occurring in a person's consciousness and experiences through the lens of narrative therapy. In my work, I help clients reframe their life story, identify new meanings, and regain control over their personal journey. My goal is to assist people in seeing themselves as the authors and narrators of their lives, rather than victims of circumstances.
     I provide individual consultations, run online courses, and host seminars where I teach people the principles of the narrative approach and practical techniques for self-development. The core idea of my work is that every individual has the ability to rewrite their own story, break free from limiting beliefs, and find a path to inner harmony and authenticity.
